Always one for a hike, Elijah goes to Wengen in Switzerland, part of the Jungfrauregion. He realized, hiking the trails, that he wasn’t in as good shape as he imagined himself to be. Age was beginning to take its toll, even on Elijah.
In Szentendre in Hungary, Elijah finds the location of a former synagogue.
Before leaving China, Elijah visited the former Ohel Moshe Synagogue, where Jewish refugees gathered for services during World War II. Now, it’s a museum dedicated to their story.
It may be obvious, but in every city Elijah went, he would try to stop by a synagogue or two. In Budapest, Elijah visits The Great Synagogue, also known as the Dohany Street Synagogue.
Though Elijah was into sports, he couldn’t understand bullfighting. But while at the bull ring in Ronda, he took the tour of the museum.
Elijah stops by the Santa Monica Pier to catch some rays. Before leaving the pier, he goes for a ride on the Ferris Wheel to get a beautiful view of the ocean. What a trip it has been!
Lost once more, Elijah wandered about the Alhambra, in Granada, Spain. Elijah thought, “If not a glass of wine, then at least a glass of water!”
Elijah tossed a coin over his shoulder into the Trevi Fountain, in the hope that he would return to Rome once more.
Looking at this clock in Prague, Elijah couldn’t figure out if he was early or late.
